Hardware Service Agreement

HiWAAY SUPPLIED HARDWARE

(i) HiWAAY warrants HiWAAY supplied hardware (except for DSL routers/modems) against defects for 14 days from the date of purchase. If, during this period, the HiWAAY supplied hardware becomes non-operational please return it in the same condition as you received it. We will replace it at no cost to you other than shipping.

(ii) Hardware returned within 14 days for any reason other than being defective is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

(iii) No returns are allowed after 14 days from purchase date. However, you may still have factory/manufacturer warranties in effect that cover defective hardware. It is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer and make arrangements for the replacement of hardware covered under factory warranties.

(iv) HiWAAY supplied DSL routers/modems are covered under the Residential (https://www.hiwaay.net/about/terms/index.cgi?view=1&id=8) and Corporate (https://www.hiwaay.net/about/terms/index.cgi?view=1&id=15) DSL Service Agreements.
